รายละเอียดทั้งหมด :

AC Servo Systems
FALDIC-α Series

Servo amps
Select from three control function types.

  1. RYS-V: Pulse string/speed control
    (Velocity)
Operates according to pulse string reference or analog speed reference from the upper link controller.

  2. RYS-L: Built-in linear positioner
    (Linear Motion)
Allows construction of a linear positioning system with ball screws, rack and pinion gears, etc.

  3. RYS-R: Built-in rotational indexing function
    (Rotation)
Allows construction of a rotational indexing system for an ATC, tool magazine, transfer device, etc.

Servomotors
Select from two shapes.

  1. GYS Series: Low inertia type
Features 1/2 the flange size of the former GRH Series, but maintains the same high power, for installation in small spaces that were previously not possible.

  2. GYC Series: Medium inertia type
Features 1/2 the depth of the former GRH Series, to allow the rear of the servomotor to fit more easily into machines.

(Available only in Japan)

Based on a concept of the four Fs described here, the FALDIC-α Series offers improved basic performance, a user-friendly PC loader, and real-time mechanical tuning. It shortens set-up time and improves mechanical performance.

  • Fine
The series features superb response (600Hz frequency response) enabling forward and reverse operations at 600 revolutions/s, and excellent control performance with 1ms position setting. Combined with the GYS-series low inertia servomotor, it can be applied to high-power-rate, high-tact machines.

  • Friendly
The PC loader supports everything from servomotor capacity selection (planned) to test runs, maintenance, inspection, and troubleshooting.
As standard equipment, a touch panel is provided for easier maintenance, and a control power supply input terminal allows maintenance with the power supply for system power turned OFF.

  • Flexible
The servomotor is equipped with a reduced-wiring 16-bit serial encoder for both INC and ABS use.
Encoder wiring requires only four wires: two for the power supply, and two for signals.
Upper link interfaces include DI/DO, RS-485, DeviceNet (planned) and the Fuji Electric private links SX Bus and T Link.
  • Facility
The range of application has been expanded with three types of servo amps and servomotors in two shapes.
The series also conforms to international standards (CE Mark, UL, C-UL pending).

(Available only in Japan)
